These terms cover the Battle Spiderz website, beta applications, account linking and support portal. Use the services lawfully and follow applicable Second Life rules. Battle Spiderz is an independent project and is not endorsed by Linden Lab.
Accounts and avatar linking
Provide accurate information and use an email address and Second Life avatar you control. Keep passwords, ticket links and linking codes private. Staff access is granted by the owners; creating a player account does not grant staff permissions. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.
Beta testing
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Beta features may change, be unavailable or contain faults. Test progress and records may be adjusted or reset when necessary for testing; we will communicate planned resets where practical. Beta participation does not promise prizes, future income or permanent access.
Fair use and conduct
Do not harass staff or players, impersonate others, bypass access controls, exploit faults, manipulate game records or points, send spam, or upload unlawful material. Report faults through support. We may restrict access to protect users or investigate abuse and can review an access decision if you contact us.
Support and uploads
Submit only information and screenshots you are entitled to share. Screenshot uploads are enabled when staff request them for a ticket. You allow us to store and use submitted material to investigate and resolve your request. You retain ownership of your material. Closing a ticket ends replies on that ticket; a new issue can be submitted as a new ticket. Email notifications may be delayed or filtered, so check the support page for updates.
Game records, events and purchases
Points are game records and are not money or a promise of cash value. Tournament eligibility, entry costs and any prizes are governed by the specific event rules. Website descriptions do not guarantee a particular breeding outcome or genetic discovery. Any future merch checkout or purchase will have its applicable price, delivery and purchase terms shown before payment. These terms do not remove any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content and availability
Spiderz branding, artwork and website content belong to their respective owners. Permission to use the website does not give permission to resell or redistribute those assets. We aim to keep the services available, but maintenance, provider outages and technical issues may interrupt access. Contact support about loss or faults; outcomes depend on the issue and applicable law.
Privacy, changes and contact
