15. THE 10-SECOND VERSION
Rez Egg → Touch Egg → Spider hatches.
Touch Spider → Menu.
Feed it.
Train it.
Let it grow.
Breed adults.
Deliver babies through Nursery.
Use Kevin for events, points and tournaments.
And most importantly:
If the Spiderz is in the middle of hatching, growing, breeding or tournament transfer — DON'T F@#K WITH IT. 😂
1. STARTING YOUR SPIDERZ
Your Starter Pack contains:
2 Female Spiderz Eggs
1 Male Spiderz Egg
1 Kevin Kiosk
Rez your eggs on land where you have permission to rez objects.
Touch an Egg Sac once to hatch it.
Your Spiderz will hatch automatically with its own:
- unique identity
- sex
- coat
- eye colour
- genetics
- stats
Once it has hatched, the Egg Sac will disappear.
Do not delete the Spiderz while it is hatching.
2. USING YOUR SPIDERZ
Touch the Spiderz.
This opens the Main Menu.
PROFILE — View information about your Spiderz.
BREEDING — Breeding options for adult Spiderz.
CARE — Feeding, health and care options.
TRAINING — Train your Spiderz.
NURSERY — Pregnancy and egg delivery options.
LINEAGE — View family and ancestry information.
NAME — Manage your Spiderz name.
BATTLE — Battle and tournament options.
3. YOUR SPIDERZ GROWS UP
Spiderz have three life stages:
Hatchling → Juvenile → Adult
You do not need to replace your Spiderz yourself.
When it reaches the correct age, the Spiderz automatically changes into its next body.
Your Spiderz keeps the same permanent identity and genetics throughout its life.
IMPORTANT:
Leave it rezzed and let it finish.
You may briefly see the new Spiderz body appear before the old one disappears.
That is normal.
4. HUNGER & CARE
Spiderz get hungry.
Use:
Touch Spiderz → CARE
Feed it using approved Spiderz food such as Cricket Bites.
Keep an eye on the floating information above your Spiderz.
It shows important information such as:
- Health
- Hunger
- Energy
- Training status
- Life stage
Don't leave a Spiderz starving for long periods.
5. TRAINING
Use:
Touch Spiderz → TRAINING
Training improves your Spiderz over time.
Spiderz have training limits and cooldown periods, so repeatedly clicking training will not bypass them.
After training, allow your Spiderz time to recover.
Training affects your Spiderz development but does not replace genetics.
A naturally strong Spiderz still has genetic advantages and weaknesses.
6. MOVEMENT
Your Spiderz can move around its home area.
Use the Spiderz menu to control movement.
Depending on the available options you can:
- start movement
- stop movement
- return it home
- use training-follow behaviour
Make sure your Spiderz has enough clear space to move.
7. BREEDING
Only suitable Adult Spiderz can breed.
You will normally need:
1 Adult Female
1 Adult Male
Use:
Touch Female Spiderz → BREEDING
Follow the menu instructions.
Once breeding succeeds, the female enters the pregnancy/nursery process.
The baby inherits genetics from its parents.
This means offspring may inherit:
- coat traits
- eye traits
- hidden traits
- strengths
- weaknesses
- rare genetics
Some traits may stay hidden for generations before appearing.
8. NURSERY & BABIES
When a pregnant female is ready:
Touch Female → NURSERY
Follow the delivery instructions.
The resulting Egg Sac belongs to the new baby Spiderz.
Rez the Egg Sac and touch it when instructed to hatch the baby.
The baby receives its own permanent Spiderz identity.
9. NAMING YOUR SPIDERZ
Your Spiderz has a permanent technical identity behind the scenes.
Players do not need to worry about it.
You can give your Spiderz a normal display name using:
Touch Spiderz → NAME
Changing its display name does not change its genetics or permanent identity.
10. LINEAGE
Use:
Touch Spiderz → LINEAGE
This lets you check the Spiderz family history.
As generations grow, lineage becomes important for:
- breeding decisions
- recognising bloodlines
- tracking rare traits
- avoiding unwanted crosses
- identifying valuable genetics
11. BATTLES & TOURNAMENTS
Battle Spiderz are designed primarily around organised tournaments.
Use:
Touch Spiderz → BATTLE
or use your Kevin Kiosk when instructed.
Your Spiderz must meet tournament requirements before it can enter.
A Spiderz may be temporarily placed into tournament custody during an event.
When the tournament finishes, the system returns the Spiderz to its owner.
Do not delete or interfere with a Spiderz while a tournament handoff is happening.
12. KEVIN KIOSK
Rez Kevin somewhere convenient on your land.
Touch Kevin to access features such as:
- Calendar
- My Spiderz
- Archnatopia Points
- Tournament Check-In
- Vault
- Shop
For purchases, Kevin may ask the owner for debit permission.
This allows approved Spiderz purchases to be processed.
13. ARCHNATOPIA POINTS
Archnatopia Points are part of the Battle Spiderz event system.
You can earn points through participating in Spiderz activities.
Some tournaments may require a minimum number of points before entry.
Your Kevin Kiosk and the Spiderz website let you check your Archnatopia Points and tournament requirements.
14. THINGS YOU SHOULD NOT DO
To keep your Spiderz safe:
DO NOT:
- delete a Spiderz during hatching or growth
- interfere with it while changing life stage
- remove scripts
- modify its internal contents
- manually copy scripts between Spiderz
- manually copy identity information
- duplicate a Spiderz expecting a second valid Spiderz
- interrupt tournament custody/return
- delete an Egg Sac while it is hatching
If something looks wrong, stop and contact Battle Spiderz support before deleting anything.
